The ideal candidate will help to implement best practice techniques to increase conversion rates and revenue while maximizing the efficiency of campaigns on paid search and social channels. The PPC Manager, Search & Social is responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of large paid search engine marketing and social media advertising campaigns.
We're looking for experienced PPC professionals who have achieved success in executing search and social campaigns. Managers are expected to be able to analyze, optimize, and communicate data to both clients and internally with ease. In this role, superior communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Project management skills are a must, as Managers will be assigned to our larger clients and may be project managing multiple analysts on certain accounts. Additionally, Managers are expected to assist with administration of the junior analyst program (training, mock calls, reviews, and general coaching), conduct site audits/pitches, periodically lead company and departmental meetings/presentations, and interview new hire candidates as needed.
