This role will primarily involve planning and overseeing the execution of paid search and social advertising campaigns. Ability to successfully utilize tools to analyze and report data is essential. We're looking for strong communication skills and expert attention to detail. This role may include managing analysts, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will help to implement best practice techniques to increase conversion rates and revenue while maximizing the efficiency of campaigns on paid search and social channels. The PPC Manager, Search & Social is responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of large paid search engine marketing and social media advertising campaigns.

We're looking for experienced PPC professionals who have achieved success in executing search and social campaigns. Managers are expected to be able to analyze, optimize, and communicate data to both clients and internally with ease. In this role, superior communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Project management skills are a must, as Managers will be assigned to our larger clients and may be project managing multiple analysts on certain accounts. Additionally, Managers are expected to assist with administration of the junior analyst program (training, mock calls, reviews, and general coaching), conduct site audits/pitches, periodically lead company and departmental meetings/presentations, and interview new hire candidates as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Help Project Manage a growing paid advertising team on specific clients
  • Provide strategic direction for individual paid search and social advertising clients
  • Optimize campaigns to improve efficiencies and increase volume of conversions
  • Collaborate with clients to devise new and exciting marketing initiatives
  • Lead client calls, present analyzed bi-weekly reports
  • Work with fun people in a fun atmosphere; advanced ping pong skills are a plus

What You Need

  • 2-4 years of hands-on paid search and social advertising experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Both agency and client experience is preferred
  • Highly analytical and strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to create reports on key business indicators
  • Results driven work ethic and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Google products and other paid search and social advertising tools
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
