The PPC Manager, Search & Social is responsible for leading and coaching a team of 4+ PPC analysts and overseeing the planning, strategy, and execution of large paid search engine marketing and social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication as everyone in our organization is client-facing. A positive attitude and the desire to go above and beyond for our clients and internal teammates is a must.
To achieve success in this role, applicants must have the ability to lead and coach analysts in client relationship building, communication, marketing strategy, conversion tracking, troubleshooting, and professional growth. The PPC Manager will be expected to lead the management of online campaigns for clients across a number of channels including Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and manage other analysts in their efforts. The PPC Manager will be involved in the PSM Leadership team, contributing to internal agency strategy and operations, as well.
