Perfect Search Media Named One Of Inc.’s Best Workplaces 2018
We’re so thrilled to be listed on Inc.’s Best Workplaces of 2018 list. We take company culture seriously, so it’s an honor to be recognized on this prestigious list.
Thousands of companies applied and Inc. recognized just under 300 organizations as the best of the best. Applicants had to submit essays and survey responses from each team member on areas like employee engagement, career development, benefits, and leadership to be considered for the award.
In survey responses, Perfect Search team members celebrated our fun company culture, the extremely personal team, creative freedom, inclusivity, and positive environment for hands-on experience and growth.
Our continuing education opportunities, volunteering events, quarterly social events, and snacks (so many snacks!) might have something to do with that.
